Spa Policies
Because each package is customized to satisfy your individual needs and requires a substantial block of time in our schedule, the following terms apply:
To reserve appointments, a 50% deposit is requested 30 days prior to spa visit. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is necessary, up to 48 hours in advance on parties of 5 or less and 72 hours on parties of 6 or more. All packages are priced with a 15% gratuity included. When booking group packages, if a discount applies it will be based on the total service average of all the guests. |
